At Assai Records, we want to ensure your audio equipment and vinyl collection meet the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Assai Records account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics or media in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware or media, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
