How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.
What is your return policy for defective electronics?
All hardware, including turntables and speakers, comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If your item is defective, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the release date. Once the item has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Are your records new or used?
Assai Records specializes in brand new, factory-sealed vinyl, including limited editions and exclusive pressings. We do not currently sell second-hand media.
