Written and recorded during a period of profoundupheaval and transition, it marks a return to the core ofAckroyd’s practice, bringing piano and violin backtogether. Liminal will be released on black vinyl and CD.For the first time since 2019’s ‘Feathers’, Ackroyd reunitesthese two instruments exclusively, with every sound on thealbum drawn from piano and violin alone.
