Growing up together in their Suffolk family home, the pair began writing songs together during Emerson's final year at university and quickly realised how well their creative ideas aligned. They found comfort in their shared musical brain, and discovered a sense of joy reached via their combined creativity and vulnerability Released earlier in 2024, their first music for Communion Records, Big Leap, No Faith, Small Chancer, asserted Esme Emerson as one of this year's most exciting and assured breakthrough artists.
